SIX SIGMA Greenbelt Certification Training About the Course: Participants will learn to apply the process, methods, and tools of ASI's powerful SIX SIGMA program. The course will introduce all of the key elements of SIX SIGMA with emphasis on the on the core methods and tools that are important in their own right and offered by ASI as standalone programs including Project Management, Forming High Powered Teams, Customer focused Quality Function Deployment, Pugh Concept Generation and Selection, TRIZ, Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA), Mistake Proofing (Poka Yoke), Design of Experiments (DOE), and a complete repertoire of Control methods. Unique Project Review methods are also introduced. The highly interactive training activities will help participants learn how to improve engineered products and processes, business processes, and services.
